Global healing

For this month, I want to support the healing of our relationship with our fierce power. As children it is so often vilified by parents and guardians, who encourage us to be well behaved and docile.

As a consequence, we grow up unable to deal with conflict, or to stand in our power when our boundaries are crossed. This is not about violence or aggression, it is about having a clear sense of our rights, the principles that guide us and the capacity to defend them when attacked.

If we do not own this part of us, we can meet challenges from its shadow equivalent of tyrannical anger and violence rather than the outrage of the just and the heroic.

Even as adults, we need an outlet for our frustrations so that we can embrace the flow of emotions that come with anger and allow our bodies to feel the power that runs alongside. Scream, punch pillows, run, hard labour, whatever works for you, but please do let your power be expressed and validated.

New community update

This new project is taking shape and new material is showing up every week. There will be a central theme of shadow work that will hold the rhythms of our connection. It is a timeless concept, so although the language was coined more recently and developed through psychotherapists like Carl Jung and Richard Schwartz, it is, at its core, shamanic. Embracing the shadow and retrieving exiled parts are just different ways of naming soul retrieval.

So my plan is to build a rhythm in our community where we have regular cycles of work to find our missing soul parts, to retrieve our shadowed selves. This can be the work of a lifetime, but is there anything more important for us to do in life than become the best version of ourselves? How can we fully meet the world, our calling, our community, if we live within a suppressed, wounded version of our selves?

This new online community will be based around shadow processes but also held within the shamanic medicine wheel, so we will be honouring new thinking and also indigenous, timeless wisdom.

There will also be space for the healing energy that sits in the quantum field, so everything we look at will be energised by harmonics, clear intention and the specific healing energy we need for that area of work. This will be the quantum K influence on our work together.

There will be other areas within this community where we can dialogue with like minded souls, explore resources, seek helpful suggestions and even hold a space for wider global healing. There will also be an inner circle where I will hold space for 25 souls who want personal support from me through regular tune ins and zoom calls. This will replace the client support I offer on zoom, adding a bit more structure and greater availability to my current offering. I’m very excited about what we can achieve here.

One thing I am certain about is that whatever I plan now will not be where we end up. This is where we start, not where we finish. There is so much wisdom to embrace within the people joining that I’m sure we will go to places together that we cannot even dream of at the moment. It will be a glorious, heroic adventure. This month’s theme – I want to tell you a story….

I’ll leave you to decide whether this story is fiction or non-fiction….

There once was a bluey green planet that occupied a particularly sacred place in the heart of the cosmos. It offered a powerful but challenging place for souls to explore the essence of genuine free will.

Initially, all went well and beings lived gently and respectfully with their neighbours; but after a while souls danced closer to the edges of truth and love and forgot some of the driving force of the divine spark within them.

Source decided to intervene with new energy that might encourage the embodied souls to see the world with more loving eyes. Wise indigenous peoples knew this change was coming and shared their prophesies to help shape and ground a vision for a better world.

Knowing how the cycles of the galaxy could support such a change, Source decided to use the two significant shifts in 1987 and 2012 as milestones for change, gathering the highest possible consciousnesses to help.

In 1987 the divine feminine, through mother earth, started to respond more vehemently to the disrespect humans were showing her and the feminine more widely. The ruling powers tried to suppress the truth but her power could not be denied. She demanded a new understanding of the harm being done to her.

Star beings started to embody in their millions to help hold the divine feminine vibration. Mother Earth herself started to shift, revealing new weather patterns, and a weakening electromagnetic field.

As existing souls started to feel this new vibration, their DNA expanded its potential so that more soul energy could be held in the physical body. Souls could bring in more of themselves and did so, knowing that their soul energy, when embodied, could be part of this major change for their species.

Throughout this period from 1987 onwards, a new energetic earth grid was being formed, built upon love not fear, directly challenging the control mechanisms of the archonic energies that ruled the planet from the shadows. Humans were still drawn fundamentally towards fear, but there was at least a growing force of love and truth offering another way of being.

This new grid was formed through pillars of light emanating from well established sacred sites, but now supported by new sites that held sacred geometry and natural ley lines. Human guardians committed to living near these anchor points to support and protect the new vibrations.

In 2026, another piece of the divine plan was put into place with the amplification of the divine masculine through thousands of light bearers in human form. It was time for the masculine energy to move past its aggressive instincts, to question its identity and role in the world. A new place of genuine power was seeded, the peaceful warrior had returned.

All the pieces were now in place. The human race had been presented with a re-energised version of love from Source and could now choose whether love or fear would be the pre-dominant energy. The future wasn’t written in stone, but the opportunity for deep change and evolution was there. Would we take the chance and re-design how we lived? Only time would tell….

By limiting our experience we avoid the disappointment of unmet dreams, being hurt by criticism when we had felt good about ourselves, or feeling ostracised in a world that prefers to focus on ailments and challenges. It just feels easier not to stand out sometimes. I get that, but it is a protective energy that wants to nurture an insecure part of our ego. It is not the truth of our divine selves. When we collude in suffering and limitation we restrict our physical and emotional wellbeing. I want to acknowledge a dynamic I have noticed when journeying shamanically. As I understand incarnation, we choose to embody an aspect of our soul into a specific human experience. The limitations that apply on earth do not apply in Spirit, so our souls can embody in several different places at once while leaving other aspects of self unembodied, perhaps watching over our soul parts on earth while acting as a wise guide to other souls on their journeys. We can be in many different places in the eternal moment of ‘now’. What I have noticed recently is that our souls are choosing to incarnate more and more of our soul energy into our current incarnations. The idea of retrieving soul lost due to trauma is an ancient one, but this is not retrieving, this is adding to what was originally there, increasing the overall light that we bring to this planet. For me, this is a sign that we are in important times. This is the moment to do all we can to nurture the direction of our species towards our highest potential. Quantum K – The shape of things to come…

As a shamanic practitioner, I have been trained in the art of tracking. This involves feeling into a presenting energy and following it forward into the future. A goal in doing this is to see which energies have a strong momentum, where the outcome is almost certain, and which are more fluid, where there is still space to alter their trajectory.

When I track our collective future, I do find a mixture of these different types.

In terms of ‘inevitable outcomes’, I feel that mother earth is changing through a mixture of climate change and the weakening of her electromagnetic field. This is part of a Divine plan to help the evolution of our species, albeit a plan where our collective actions have played a major part.

This is partly why the subject of ‘free will’ is debated – do we genuinely have a say in our collective futures or is it pre-determined?

For me, free will is still very much alive, it’s just that some of the scaffolding that frames this realm of experience is beyond our control. Whatever our circumstances, we can control our reaction and how we embrace our changing environment.

Personally, I want to embrace where the greater plan is pointing, where our species and our planet is headed. I believe that we will land in an environment built upon a more natural way of living, where we support each other, trade locally, live with moderation not greed, in right relationship with Mother Earth.

If we can move in this direction now, then we will be aligned with the changes in our environment and will land softly.

If the 1970’s response to global threat was to build an underground bunker and fill it with tins of beans, then this is the opposite. I hope we can move into the future together, as one, with love and compassion at our core.

When I track the threads that are necessary now to honour this vision, I do see a temporary use of technology. We are where we are and sometimes communities have to start on line so that the ‘seed’ of what they represent can be energised ready to be sown more widely, perhaps literally, in the physical realm.

Quantum K is very much part of this and I am becoming more and more excited about its potential to shape the kind of community I am looking to develop and be deeply part of.

There is much to design, but I am planning to launch a new online community before the end of this year. My aim is to start with a maximum of 100 members, so that we can explore how this might work together, how all our voices can be heard, how I might add direction through themed videos and other contributions that I will be personally bringing to the circle. I am planning to be very present in this community, meeting you deeply as a group and individually, far more than I can offer through these newsletters.

There would be a rhythm in this community:

1. Ongoing dialogue and support between all of us.

2. Monthly healing themes, such as survivalism, clearing entities, working with trauma, that would be broken down into weekly sub headings that we could all work through together as a community, if we chose to. Quantum K healing harmonics to support us all the way.

3. Themed videos from me with latest insights and guidance from Spirit.

I was looking at Experimental Life Force Energy Meters recently, devices that measure basic life force, whether you call it Qi, prana or orgone energy. It interested me that metal alters the readings, even though no one is suggesting that metal is an actual source of Qi. If you touch metal, especially copper, with the probe it shows a positive reading.

If only living cells emit Qi, what is happening here? The obvious conclusion is that the metal is like an antennae, conducting life force rather than generating it. When I suggested to the designers that metals were perhaps conducting the life force of Gaia herself, they felt this was likely to be true. Maybe this is why so many people benefit from wearing a copper bracelet.

With my resonator hat on, this is quite exciting. The resonators are more than just copper, they have intention and a subtle electromagnetic field too, but I have always held that they connect us to the earth beneath us, grounding our bodies and more. This month, I get that the energy of fear needs to be looked at. Even if our souls know the eternal nature of our essence, our primal survivalist senses know the vulnerability of our physical form. Our need to protect the body keeps us alert.

Issues arise when this vigilance becomes fear and is taken beyond simple precaution; when we look to manage risks before they have even shown up. We then look to control, suppress, or avoid pre-emptively, taking our fear response beyond its primal protective state.

If all our fears could revert to a gentle awareness of real and present danger, then the world would be a much safer place to live in. The irony is that when we fear our neighbour and act from that place, we are likely to prove ourselves right and our fears justified.

Theme for this month – trusting our mentors

With the internet and social media so influential these days, there are plenty of experts out there promising answers to our deepest questions. This ready availability of guidance can be a wonderful gift, but it comes with risks – anyone can say pretty much anything they like on any topic, without moderation.

It is easy for those of us hungry for guidance to be drawn into these promises of access to deep wisdom and ancient truths. Once you dive down the rabbit hole of social media there are very convincing posts coming at us from all angles. Can they all be true?

I do suggest care with these teachings and to watch out for significant numbers of the following issues that I consider warning signs:

1. Hierarchy – any suggestion that followers of this teaching are special, or that there is a looming division within our species, that those who do this work will be rewarded and those who don’t will be left behind in some way.

Personally, I’m not interested in any spiritual path that separates us rather than connects us. For me, no-one gets left beyond in the evolution of our species. We all rise together, even if we each have different roles within the process.

2. The single way – That there is only this single way to deep wisdom and evolution, that other paths may get you so far but this is the only way to obtain the deepest possible healing, growth or wisdom.

3. The 80/20 rule – 80% of what is claimed come from deep truths that few would argue against. This draws us into validating the teachings and taking as similarly true the other 20% which might be new to us and less obviously accurate.

4. The lone wolf. They may reference other traditions and explain how they have spent years exploring them, but then moved on. The work they promote now isn’t based on these ancient teachings but is portrayed as an advancement, an improvement in some way.

5. Heavy financial investment. Truth, wisdom and support should not be expensive to buy. If it is exclusive or requires deep sacrifice, then it is unlikely to be in balance. Do not be poverty shamed.

6. The absence of humility – Watch out for any sense that this is special or channelled work that the rest of us cannot access. Someone with ego, unwilling to explain themselves, or be challenged, or honour other teachings, may not be coming from truth.

7. Pressure marketing with time constraints to restrict your capacity to reflect or discuss with friends and family. Clever marketing techniques are manipulative – are you being manipulated with the teachings themselves?

8. Spiritual shaming – watch out for any suggestion that if you don’t follow this training or path, you will be missing out and your soul will regret the missed opportunity.

9. Complexity – if the terminology and concepts are stretching intellectually or couched in complicated language, then it may not be coming from a high source. For me, Spiritual teachings are fundamentally simple, and explained in few words, often conveyed through metaphor or story.

10. Fastrack growth – shortcuts promised to natural progress. A lifetimes healing promised in 90 days etc

Quantum K1 music

This album has been around a good few years now and I still listen to it with excitement and fresh ears every time I play it.

Some people have found the background heartbeat and the initial harmonics of the first track quite intimidating, others feel its innate beauty. For me, it feels like a reflection of the initial womb experience, the excitement, the potential, but also the nervousness about all that is to come.

The music then moves through the beautiful harmonics of guitar and voice before ending with crystal bowls, which feel like they are transcending the human journey itself, the sounds of Spirit rather than our embodied selves.

That is just the first track. The album as a whole seems to regulate my nervous system, and I have heard many people say the same. It offers both ease and challenge, which perhaps reflects our own experiences in life. I always feel met by it, seen somehow, while supported by the inbuilt harmonic sequences.

It may sound like a neutral word, but opinions are not based in inherent truth, they come from the mind and are often derived from a combination of intellect, perceived facts and all our subconscious programming, whether learned, cultural or inherited. Put these all together and you have a recipe for chaos, fear, judgement and the kind of unloving behaviour we are seeing played out on the world stage.

So, lets transcend opinion and come from a place of knowing, where we feel the loving truth that we all hold within our divine selves.

The future of quantum K

This month’s theme – are we living our best life?

This is a huge question and I only want to explore it from one perspective. When I was connecting with Huascar shamanically, I asked for pointers towards fullness of living, the qualities we should measure our lives against to know we are living the best versions of ourselves.

I was shown the following qualities:

Fun – pleasure and lightness, allowing the inner child out to play

Fulfilment – some path of service to others

Community – how we sit within our local and global community

Intimacy – how deeply we connect with other people and how vulnerable we allow ourselves to be.

Surrender – whether we look to control life from a place fear or allow life to guide us in each moment

Growth – how our soul’s grow, the challenges and experiences we explore

Where do you find yourself within these 6 qualities? Are you living your best life? If not, how can you adapt to find a fuller version of yourself?

Out of curiosity, I asked Huascar to score our species, as a whole, out of 10, so I could understand where we generally struggle and where we are thriving. This is what I was shown:

This feels like a tough school report, but my feeling was that this reflects how generally we have lost ourselves to fear and risk management, how we have isolated ourselves through that fear and learned to judge rather than love our neighbour.

There is always a solution and it has to start within the hearts of each one of us. We need to assume the best of people, including ourselves, and build trust from that place. Only then can we learn again to deeply relate to both ourselves and those around us.

It evokes a range of similar feeling energies, like compliance, obligation, martyrdom and responsibility. They all feel heavy to me, blankets over the lightness of our true souls.

This month’s theme – The future of Quantum K

I met a true maverick called Brian Jenner in 2005, just a few months before he passed. He had discovered the healing power of harmonics and fractal geometry and had written a small code book that he hoped would be an essential accessory for millions of people. He invited me to work with him to this end, so when he passed I took on his principles and brought in some basic technology to make the healing available on line, through Quantum K.

That was in 2005, so here we are in 2026 and Brian’s goal has been met, in that these amazing principles have been used by millions of people around the world.

That said, the world and technology has moved on again and I’m sure Quantum K is ready to be taken forward beyond the basic screenflows.

I would love to hand the system over to, or work with, an individual or group who have the vision and technical skills to take this forward. This would likely involve social media and a similar policy around free content but with monetarised elements.

Beyond this specific opportunity, there is a broader theme here. Quantum K and I are in relationship, one that still serves me, but I can feel that the system is no longer being fully met by me and is looking to be free and to seek new horizons.

There can be key moments in any relationship – whether with our partner, friend, child or work – when we recognise that we are stifling the other party. As much as our needs are still being met, if it is at the expense of the other person then it is no longer in balance.

The needs of the combined essence are as important as the individual’s and equal honouring of the ‘couple’ acts for the good of all. I feel this about Quantum K which is why I am prepared to let her run free if it calls her.

Those threads of connection and shared activity fill our souls and without them the lure of social media and other distractions can be hard to resist.

This month’s theme – invasive energies

I want to briefly touch on a huge subject, one I cover in more depth in my book ‘heal your past free your future’

In talking about invasive energies, I’m not referring to extreme energy invasion, the overwhelm of self that might lead to psychosis, more the day to day exchanges that can happen without us even noticing. Face to face conversations is the most obvious way in which energies can enter our field, but there are many others, here are just a few examples:

– texts, phone calls or emails

– physical proximity

– an ancestor or descendent having a difficult experience that affects the whole family constellation

– memories or dreams of a difficult time.

Basically, you could be vulnerable through any situation that connects you to a present or historical loss of power.

So what is an invasive energy? We could talk about lost souls, attachments, hungry ghosts, entities, or jinn, but ultimately I see them as little sparks of consciousness that have got lost and roam the astral planes looking for a resonance match, so an energy that feels similar to their own vibration or core emotions.

Like attracts like. Life tends to reflect back to us what we already have, or believe we have. Invasive energies are no exception – if we carry guilt, we are vulnerable to sparks of consciousness that feel guilty. This is a form of tough spiritual parenting. As difficult as this can be, it does bring the issue to our conscious attention so we can look to resolve it if we so choose.

Do you remember that amazing book ‘The celestine prophecy’? It was the first spiritual book I read and woke me up to the unseen world of energy. I’ve never forgotten that concept of all exchanges having an energy dynamic, often with a winner and a loser. I want to expand that to say that those energy channels are not just the life force of a particular person going to another, more a highway of energies available to any and all energies held in the field of the people involved.

If, for example, an aggressive person is talking to someone who has been the victim of bullying before, then the bully could well feed off the energy of the ‘victim’. Both parties would have a range of invasive energies hooked into their own energetic imbalances which could easily cross over to the new person where the emotions they know so well are even more present.

There are so many other situations, beyond a basic power imbalance or sense of threat, that can cause energy exchanges to happen. Sometimes we find it hard to receive or accept our own privilege, or happiness. When we meet someone who is struggling or depressed, we take on their heavy energies because we just don’t feel able to hold onto our happiness and power in the face of someone who doesn’t have the same good fortune.

If you do feel you have taken something on that is not yours, you could well feel a residual anger, nervousness, general dysregulation, fatigue, or subtle energy moving within your aura. If this does happen to you, there is nothing to fear, I suggest you take a breath and then follow these two steps:

1. Feel into what may have caused the imbalance. This is the gift to you, an awareness of where you are still vulnerable to being knocked off balance. If you know the route cause, you can work on it yourself or seek suitable support.

2. Say a short prayer to whoever you believe in as a higher spiritual power, asking for any and all invasive energies to be released from your energy field with love and taken to their most appropriate home in Spirit.

You can do complex rituals but, ultimately, if you have found the gift in their presence, they serve no further purpose and will be taken away. You should feel the release, perhaps a yawn, perhaps a tingle, perhaps a sense of peace and joy. It’s not essential to have this feedback but it helps to set an intention to receive a sign so you know that your prayer has been heard and actioned.

Global healing using harmonics

So far we have looked at a range of heavy human energies – plastics, EMF, and scarcity consciousness.

For today, I want to add that of ‘living in passionless drudgery’. I first read these words in a translation of the ancient Egyptian ceremony of Ma’at, where this was listed as a burden that could make our hearts heavier than a feather and therefore unable to get to their version of heaven. Personally, I see this heaven as an internal place that we should aim for while still embodied so, on that basis, drudgery and a heavy heart is a definite obstacle.

I feel its fair to say that financial reward does not necessarily follow social value. In a curious irony, it is often the exact opposite. It is almost as though we have to financially compensate people for the heavy cost the work adds to their heart. Is it any wonder that heart disease is so prevalent in our world?

Our first 4 harmonics have looked at how we might harm mother earth through plastics, the airwaves through EMF, each other through scarcity consciousness and now ourselves through living in passionless drudgery. I hope these harmonics help in some way as we gather behind them with loving intention.

This months theme – Aligning the parts within

I often reflect on how us humans manage to make any decisions at all. When you consider the breadth and intensity of the inner dialogues that are often taking place, there must be some very complex internal algorithms in place if we are to come to a final path of action.

When I tuned in to Spirit, I got that any reasonably significant decision would have 30 or so different members expressing their views within an internal decision making panel.

All the different aspects of self would be represented. Our souls would advocate for a path which would offer the deepest growth or the highest expression of who we are. Our minds would want to know how it might support our stress levels or our sense of identity. Our bodies would check in on energy levels, the safety of the process and how it might nurture or deplete our physical form.

Beyond these basics, there are more complex dynamics at play. What might our parents or ancestors think? What are the cultural influences? Is it aligned with our spiritual beliefs? Does it help or hinder humanity’s evolution?

Even if we can gather a sense of all these feelings and inner opinions, how do we give weight to each one and then make a final choice? Are our soul’s needs more important than our body’s? Are there core primal needs that drive our choices?

I found that our unique senses and opinions do not carry equal weight. For example, our survival instincts might carry 10 times the power of many others, so health and safety is paramount. Before we can explore the subtleties of a situation, we need to know that it is fundamentally safe.

Procreation is part of survivalism too, so that drive to continue our species, in some of us, can be very deep; although it can still be overridden by clear alignment from other parts of self.

When all feelings and opinions have been gathered, I believe we follow the most popular vote, but that does make the process an easy one. In many ways, it mirrors our political system where the decision makers often have the backing of only a minority of the population it governs. This is depleting on the whole self, as a high percentage of our essence is going against its core desires.

As life demands constant decisions of us, a lack of core alignment starts to reveal its patterns. A narrow majority in one area might be followed by a narrow minority in another, leading to a confusing dance of contradictory actions. I suspect many of us live our lives like that and become hard to predict because our core drivers are so misaligned.

Which leads me to my main point here. These complexities show us the value of doing our internal healing work. If we can align our entire being behind the clarity of who we are and what actions best serve us, then our lives can be smooth and glorious.

Using harmonics for global healing

I want to continue the ‘harmonics for healing’ with a new area and harmonic for this month – ‘scarcity consciousness’ – which is perhaps the original human wound. This is the idea that someone else has more than me, or something I want, or is a threat to what I already have.

This kind of thinking drives many leaders and powerful people in our world today to cause great harm. I want to introduce a harmonic that energises its healed state, which I see as sufficiency, moderation and compassion.

This month’s theme – Where are we all heading?

When I journeyed shamanically into this theme, I was shown the outline of a story:

“God gave a human guardian an apple tree with the invitation to look after her. The guardian felt that the fruit tree needed to be watered daily and nourished with rich compost. Within a short period of time, the tree was showing signs of stress – she had grown too fast and the roots were weak, growing towards the surface in search of easily available sustenance.

As the tree was struggling, the guardian felt it sensible to prune her, to cut out disease, to restrict uneven growth and crossing branches. The tree became more uniform, yielded more consistent fruit and kept away insects and fungi.

The guardian then felt the opportunity to plant more trees close by, to increase the yield. The trees shared their root connections through the mycelial network, so all felt good, but although they benefited from being with other trees, only the fastest growers or the lucky ones around the edges could find enough light to thrive.

To resolve the perceived lack of true sunlight, the guardian decided to use artificial light, to keep each tree indoors so that all of the space above could be illuminated. The trees were kept in pots and the soil was replaced by nutritionally rich gel. Productivity was maximised and seasonal dormancy avoided.”

Some of this story is very literal, but fundamentally it’s about an attitude. I invite you to feel into all the different layers here, but my challenge to us all is to feel into what the world would be like if we had left the tree alone in the first place.

Could we simply watch her hold the sacred rhythms of the seasons,​ hug her when we needed comfort,​ shelter under her canopy when it rained,​ nourish ourselves with her seasonal fruit, let her sow her seeds naturally, and share her with all the creatures and life forms that would benefit from her presence?

Going back to the theme of this newsletter, if we take the story as a metaphor for where humanity is, how might we move towards a more connected and balanced relationship with that tree?

I watch with curiosity how the earth is changing, not just her climate but her electromagnetic field. It seems solid science that the field is weakening, a totally natural process that is part of a long term cycle. When the field disappears completely, then the earth will rotate in a new direction, the sun will rise in the west and set in the east.

The effect on human consciousness could be similarly impactful. We have our own electromagnetic field which is deeply nourished by mother earth. When we lose that connection we lose balance, hence the need for support, such as my resonators.

This shift in her field will be deeply transformational for us and our technology, and will facilitate a new relationship with mother earth. The Peruvian shaman call this future moment the ‘pachacuti’, the ‘great turning’.

It is hard to know when this might happen, I don’t believe it is fixed. When I tune in, I get next century rather than this. We are all therefore forerunners, here to challenge the way we all live, if that calls us, so that when the opportunity presents, the shift to the new way of being will be gentle and sacred.
