A community of souls

I believe we are reaching a tipping point where we are being pulled between the promises of technology and materialism on one hand and the innate desire to live together, gently in community, on the other. I believe that we will land in an environment built upon a more natural way of living, where we support each other, trade locally, live with moderation not greed and find a right relationship with Mother Earth.

To honour this vision, I do see a temporary use of technology and the need to sow the seed of this community online, establishing a concept and structure that can be evolved into the physical realm when the time is right.

My online healing tool Quantum K, along with my experience as a therapist and shaman, is very much part of this and I am becoming more and more excited about how I can help shape the kind of community I want to be part of.

So, this online community will launch on the 1st November 2026, with the joining up process opening a week or so before.

There will be a rhythm within the various circles:

1. Community voice  – Ongoing dialogue and support within each of the sub groups.

2. Healing cycles – This will be the engine room of the community. Cycles of 8 weeks where we explore our unresolved parts of self, supported by many healing tools. Each of the first 7 weeks of the cycle will have a specific focus which we will go through together, sharing our successes and challenges with each other if we choose to. In the 8th week we rest and celebrate. The whole protocol honours modern thinking on shadow work and archetypes, combined with ancient indigenous traditions and the supportive energy of quantum K harmonics. The structure of each week will look like this:

Week 1 – Exploring our shadow parts, the 5 archetypes we may be missing, the emotions they carry.

Week 2 – Identifying our protectors – the coping mechanisms we put in place to stay safe and included.

Week 3 – Connecting with our healed selves, so the aspects of our true selves that our wounded parts most need to meet.

Week 4 – Going beyond identification to look for healing. We introduce the energy of the South on the medicine wheel and the gifts of embodiment, staying in the present, the literal, and releasing our survival programming.

Week 5 –   Moving to the West, where our ancestral wounds and our limiting beliefs are held. We start to unravel our stories and build a new relationship with our protectors.

Week 6 – Now to the North, the place of the soul. Having released layers of old wounds and programmes we look for the sweet path of our soul.

Week 7 – Finally, we come to the East, the place beyond the focus on our own lives to the bigger picture, where we see the wider meaning in our experiences and access our capacity to dream a new world into being.

I hope you are as excited by the possibilities here as I am. Each step will be deeply supported by worksheets, videos and visualisations. There is the potential for each cycle to be truly life changing.

3. Inner circle – For up to 25 people who join a different membership level, monthly 30 minute 1 to 1 zoom sessions with me to support your chosen goals, or your shadow work journey if you prioritise the 7 week cycles of the main community. I will also be available in between these check ins for email support and specific tune ins if needed. You can share your progress and challenges within the group or just with me, or both, so this will be a private space if you want it to be.

This will hopefully feel more supportive than my existing ad hoc remote sessions where I am perhaps spread too thin. The current remote sessions will end when the new circle launches on the 1st Jan 2027.

This is already significantly oversubscribed, but my plan is to honour my existing clients first but keep a waiting list so that there is rotation of people in this inner circle in cycles of probably 6 months.  This will start from 1st January 2027 and my existing remote sessions will continue until then.

4. Group healing and prayer groups for the wider world. We will evolve this in line with our shared visions. This will replace the weekly group healing meditations and will be largely held by the intentions we set for our own personal healing and the world around us.

5. Ask and answer – a place for raising queries and curiosities, engaging with the wisdom and experience of the community.

6. Creative sharing space – As a break from our deep healing and effort, there will be a space to share our poetry, musings and writings – the kind of creative energy that is so undervalued, that we often fail to make time for in the modern world.

There is inevitably a cost in this offering but I plan to keep it to the minimum I can, £15/($20 USD approximately or 18 Euros) per month for the core membership and £60 /$80 USD for the more personally supported level. (I may be underestimating the time commitment the inner circle will require, but let’s start here and see how it lands).
